The Sabar people are one of the Adivasi tribe who live mainly in Odisha and West Bengal. Traditionally they are hunters and rely on the forests for their livelihood and food habits. Rodents are one of their food list for providing protein. In spite of social stigma and ostracism in modern times, they continue to fight for the liberation of future generations from the cage of hunger and poverty with smiling face.
