I'm in Italian photographer and engineer. I started photographing since I pick up my first camera at high school, in the Italian city of Ascoli Piceno. When I move to Rome for studying, I started to find out my own photography expression that led me to street and candid photography and I fell in love with the great masters of the past (Bresson, Herzog, Leiter, Gruyaert..). When I came back to my hometown, I started to cooperate with an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) for refugees. In the refugees community centre, volunteers have the task of organize activities for the guests of the hotspot, as teaching Italian or training them in different jobs. This life experience changed deeply my photography; I discovered that the storytelling and reportage approach fulfilled my desire of narrative.
