Gianpaolo La Paglia is an Italian street and travel photographer who uses his camera as a tool to connect with the world — to observe it and play with it a bit.

When on the street, he is constantly looking for subtle, often overlooked human connections, gestures and fleeting moments of everyday life.

His background in architecture influences the way he combines observational moments with a strong sense of composition, allowing him to transform ordinary moments into visually engaging photographs that reveal fragments of contemporary urban life.

After several years in corporate training and development, he has now shifted his focus entirely to photography and education, leading photography workshops.

Over the years, his work has received recognition in international competitions, including the Sony World Photography Awards, IPA – International Photography Awards and PX3 – Prix de la Photographie Paris, and has been exhibited internationally.
