Mark Chang is a Filipino underwater photographer whose work has earned recognition in several of the world’s leading underwater photography competitions including Underwater Photographer of the Year, Ocean Art, Ocean Geographic Pictures of the Year, and DPG Masters.
In the Philippines, he has received multiple awards at the Anilao Underwater Shootout, Pink Argonauts, and Anilao Shootfest.
