My work as a photographer exists at the intersection of fine art and environmental advocacy. I tell visual stories that both honor the beauty of the natural world while simultaneously sharing the fragile relationships between these wild ecosystems and human presence. The subjects I photograph face increasing pressures from habitat loss, climate change, and conflict with humans. By presenting these moments in a fine art context, I aim to elevate these subjects beyond mere documentation, transforming them into beautiful works of art that foster an emotional connection and spark dialogue. In the field I practice ethical methods, prioritizing patience and observation over intervention. The goal is to allow animal behavior, weather, and light to guide the compositions. Above all else, I choose to have fun with it. I'm just a simple guy with a love for my camera and wild places.
