I am a California-based psychologist and photographer who specializes in synchronized swimming but who also enjoys taking photos of landscapes, people, and travels. My love for synchronized swimming developed through my daughters' participation in the sport. I became hooked by the beauty, grace, athleticism, and strength of the sport and its athletes. My synchronized swimming photos have been published in National Geographic, Smithsonian, and Vogue Italia. I take pictures both under water and above the surface (including drone shots!) and try to capture behind-the-scenes story telling moments to document the lifestyle aspects of the sport and the bonding that occurs between the participants.
