Christian was born in Austria in 1987. Having discovered his passion for politics at university in Vienna, he has delved into real-world political sphere by covering major events in Austrian and International politics as a visual journalist, as well as sporting competitions like the Olympic Games, Formula One, and Alpine Skiing. Since joining in 2015, he has been in charge of epa’s coverage from Austria.
