Simon King FRPS is a photographer based in South Wales, specialising in sports and documentary photography. His main focus is Rugby Union and has been fortunate enough to cover the game at the highest levels including the Rugby World Cup, Six Nations Championship, Rugby Championship, Pro 14, Premiership, European Champions Cup and European Challenge cup. His images have been used in major newspapers and magazines such as The Times, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Observer, The Malta Independent and on the Pro14 media. Simon is also a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society.


Simon aims to show different aspects of the events he attends, whilst the action is key there are many moments that show a range of emotions for the players and fans alike. Through this he can tell the story of the event as well as capture the key action moments.
