Nevzat Yildirim was born in 1987 in Adapazari, Turkey. In 2010 he had graduated with honours from the Photography and Graphic Arts department of Fine Arts faculty of the Kocaeli University. The same year Nevzat was selected as a winner of the "Young Photographers Award" in the "Moon and Stars Project" organised in the U.S.A. His work is represented in the photo collection of one of the world's most prestigious museums in the States, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. In 2015 Nevzat Yildirim obtained his MA degree from the Department of Photography of the Institute of Fine Arts at the Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts. Artist also obtained Phd. in Photography at the Yildiz Technical University İn 2024 İstanbul. He has received over 50 awards from national and international photography competitions. He has published three book about his photo projects. Currently, he continues to work Istanbul and London. And also he is represented by Albumen Gallery in London. The works of artist can be found in many private art collections.
