A self-taught Kenyan photographer, film maker and an experienced professional safari guide, I ventured into the world of wildlife & conservation during my childhood when I was handed my first camera at the age of 10. This was the start of a passion that turned into a career choice, where I co-founded a photography production/safari company – Sokomoto Images.
Personally, driving and guiding my clients has introduced and exposed me to a world not many experience, from East Africa to Southern Africa and even Asia.
I have been honoured to have been featured in the conservation arena including but not limited to wildlife publications ranging from coffee table books to magazines, photo exhibitions and international & local film festivals.
