Hi, I am Sumon Chandra Das, a wildlife photographer based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

I focus on working in the fields of Macro and Nature photography. I love nature and travelling since my childhood and developed interest in observing the macro activity, wildlife and bird watching since then. This somewhat helps me to keep a watch on the changes in bio-diversity and climate and observe the impact of climate change.


I started my journey of photography in 2014. For last few years I am focusing on photographic documentation of native birds of Bangladesh and creation of archives of various species of bird, that gets spotted in different corners of Bangladesh in an artistic way. I have also photographed various insects, butterflies and spider from different parts of my country.
