Staffan is a widely published, frequently award winning professional photographer and author. He is a SONY Imaging Ambassador and a National Geographic Explorer, a co-founder of the “Wild Wonders of Europe” initiative, the “Rewilding Europe initiative, the educational visitor centre “The Big Five” in Sweden, founding Fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers and founding member of the Swedish Ecotourism Society. He is the author of 19 books, four of which were awarded the WWF “Panda Book of the Year” award. He received the “The Golden Streamer” award from the Dutch Postcode Lottery. Outdoor Photography Magazine has called him “One of the World’s most influential nature photographers.”
