Wendy Connett is a photographer and journalist based in New York City. She is always in pursuit of capturing candid photographs of the people who make up the diverse and often delightfully eccentric street culture of NYC. Wendy also travels the world to photograph the culture, street life, people, icons and celebrations that make each destination unique – something she’s done for more than two decades.

Her street photography has been exhibited internationally.

Wendy is featured in the book “Top Travel Photo Tips From 10 Pro Photographers,” and contributed her expertise to the New York Institute of Photography’s travel photography course. Her images have been published in newspapers, magazines and travel guidebooks, among other media, both print and online.
