Documentary photographer originally from Eritrea, I have been based in France since 2009 and have been involved in projects that aim to explore issues of social justice. For the past ten years, I have been documenting the history of migration and exile in France and abroad, and my work is published in the press and regularly exhibited. Part of the National Geographic explorer community since 2019, I was awarded a photographic commission from the French Ministry of Culture in 2022.
