Arif Hüdaverdi Yaman was born in Istanbul, Turkiye in 1986. Although he studied business at university, he has shifted his career into photojournalism after 2010. He is a staff photographer for Anadolu Agency since 2015. He has covered assignments in many countries such as Syria, Somalia, Azerbaijan and Bangladesh. He lives in Istanbul.
