Jana Margarete Schuler (1993) is a German photographer whose work centers on gender equality and the empowerment of marginalized communities. She focuses on the resilience of women in socio-politically complex environments, with a particular emphasis on Mexico in recent years.
Since September 2024, she has been a member of "Inland Stories”, an international cooperative of 14 photographers worldwide, committed to long-term documentary projects.
Schuler's work has received numerous national and international scholarships and awards. Most recently, she was recognized as one of the 25 Emerging Talents worldwide by LensCulture in December 2024.
