Laurance 'Moniasse' Sessou is an African descendent from The Republic of Benin, who grew up in France, and then move to London. Traveling in Mexico she discover 'The Red Road' a Native American tradition that searches for spirituality and a greater understanding. Among their disciplines, there are 'Vision Quests' and physical pain offerings. The scarifications all over her body are images from her Vision Quest, that connect her with ancestors.
