The picture captures the demolition of the Provincial Agricultural Consortium’s silo. Built in the 1970s, it was used to store wheat. Once the silo became unfit for use, some attempts were made to redevelop it, in order to protect the building as an industrial archeological asset, but unsuccessfully.
