An extraordinary and intense natural scene that captures a unique moment: a diamondback water snake (Nerodia rhombifer) found in humid environments such as rivers and lakes, feeding on amphibians and fish, while preying on an American bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeianus) one of the largest and most invasive frog species, native to North America. The use of a diffused off-camera flash allowed for the preservation of this rare predatory moment, gently illuminating the scene without disturbing or altering the natural balance of the event.
